Methodology for Mining & Geological Consulting

Our consulting approach is built on scientific rigor, environmental responsibility, and strategic execution. We follow a multi-phase methodology to ensure accurate resource evaluation, efficient project planning, and sustainable development.

Preliminary Assessment

  • Review of existing geological data and historical exploration reports
  • Desktop studies using satellite imagery and GIS tools
  • Identification of target zones and mineral potential

Field Investigation & Data Collection

  • Geological mapping and structural analysis
  • Geochemical sampling (soil, rock, stream sediments)
  • Geophysical surveys (magnetic, gravity, resistivity, etc.)
  • Core drilling and trenching for subsurface evaluation

Resource Modelling & Estimation

  • 3D geological modelling using specialized software (e.g., Surpac, Leapfrog)
  • Geostatistical analysis and grade interpolation
  • Mineral resource classification (Measured, Indicated, Inferred)
  • Reporting in compliance with international standards (JORC, NI 43-101, UNFC)

Feasibility & Mine Planning

  • Technical and economic feasibility studies
  • Mine design and scheduling
  • Equipment selection and infrastructure planning
  • Environmental impact assessments and mitigation strategies

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Preparation of geological reports for statutory approvals
  • Liaison with government agencies and stakeholders
  • Support in obtaining mining leases and environmental clearances

Sustainability & Monitoring

  • Implementation of best practices in resource conservation.
  • Ongoing environmental monitoring and rehabilitation planning.
  • Community engagement and CSR initiatives.

DGPS Survey

1. Preparation & Planning Collection of all the required legal documents and maps (e.g. Cadastral /forest compartment Map), SOI Toposheet, detailed information of the proposed survey area from the organization, satellite imageries from NRSC & all other required documents and maps from other Govt agencies.

2. Setting Up Equipment
Base Station - Starting DGPS Survey by making permanent reference point (Base Stations) by setting up, initialization of all the parameters of BASE Unit with clear satellite visibility
Rover Unit: Calibrate and configure to receive correction signals from the base

3. Data Collection

  • Rover moves across the survey area, recording positional data.
  • Real-time corrections from the base station ensure sub-meter or centimetre accuracy.
  • Survey points are marked and logged with attributes

4. Post –Processing -
All the RAW data collected from the field is post process in the GNSS software

5. Mapping & Reporting –

  • The output prepared in the shape & .KML file.
  • Validation of the collected data by several methods.
  • Geo-referencing of Cadastral maps/Forest compartment maps using software.
  • Superimposition of output shape files on Geo-referenced Vectorized Cadastral maps/Forest compartment maps, SOI Toposheets and Satellite Imageries.
  • And prepare final DGPS Report with all the data and maps.
